  • We take reservations for parties of 8 or more, prior to the day of service. We need to see y'all coming! For smaller parties, we operate on a first-come, first-serve walk-in system that allows you to join our waitlist once our tables are full.

  • The best way to join our waitlist is by speaking with our host at our host stand. We’ll take your first and last name, party size, and phone number. You can also put in this information remotely via our website link to Waitlist Me, or call us. Please be aware that we always prioritize providing service to the guests already in front of us over picking up the phone. Once you’re on our waitlist, you’ll get a confirmation text, and another text when your table is ready.

  • 10 minutes after you receive your text notification. You will receive a call notification after 5 minutes. There may be exceptions made on quieter nights, but we are the busiest restaurant in McMinnville, and are doing our best to accommodate every guest patiently waiting to dine with us.

  • We offer a select bar. Red, white, and sparkling wine options are available by the glass and bottle. We have 8 taps of rotating draft beer, cider, and seltzer, as well as a couple of our favorite canned and bottled beers. We keep a menu of excellent house cocktails, and keep the ingredients to prepare these cocktails for our guests. If you ask nicely, we can prepare something for you from off the menu, provided we have the ingredients in-house.

  • You sure can! We will open up to 2 bottles of wine you bring in for your party. We charge a corkage fee of $25 dollars per bottle. If you would like to enjoy our food with more than two bottles from your cellar, we recommend ordering Capo To-Go and enjoying it all in the comfort of your home.

  • The best way to order Capo To-Go is online. You can access our online ordering module powered by Toast via our website. You can also call to place an order, but please be aware that we always prioritize providing service to the guests already in front of us over picking up the phone.

  • Please call to schedule a pick-up for larger orders of eight or more pizzas, or orders over $250. Otherwise you can place your order when you are ready to pick it up. Most orders only take 5-10 minutes to make!

  • Nope, please come pick up your take-out order. We are not associated with any delivery services.

  • We only make a certain amount of pizza dough for each night. Making our dough is an extensive process. It doesn’t keep long, and isn’t cheap to throw out. If a night is much busier than we anticipated, we may run out of pizza dough. In these instances, we close our kitchen, as pizza is our main product.

  • We offer one size for all of our pizzas of approximately 13 inches, with 6 slices. Each pizza feeds 1-3 people, depending on whether you pair it with one of our delicious snacks or salads.

  • Yes! You can purchase gift certificates via our online ordering platform or vist us in person during business hours to pick one up.

In the event that we sell out of pizza dough before closing, we close the kitchen and stop seating early. We hope to accommodate your visit another night!
